Mr. Gordon LO Siu Chung, Principal Consultant of
Hong Kong Productivity Council
Mr. Gordon Lo is the Principal Consultant of IT Industry
Development Division of Hong Kong Productivity Council. Before
joining HKPC, Mr. Lo worked in international IT companies like EDS
and Logica for more than ten years.
Mr. Lo has solid
experience in project management, software evaluation, system
review and study, open source solution planning and implementation,
Business Process Reengineering implementation, ISO 9000
accreditation, data center operations, disaster recovery planning,
subcontractor audit and management, etc.
Major clients include
manufacturers, banks, telecom companies, listed companies, NGOs,
and various Government departments.
Mr. Lo got a Diploma of
Imperial College and a Master of Science degree from University of
